Project: Evangelistic meetings in new places

Here are approximate costs we need to complete this project. If you wish, you can participate in any part of a project. Your possible covering of any need is much appreciated! It is a way of keeping treasury on heavens.

The work in every new place usually begins from evangelistic meetings. In time of such program we proclaim Gospel in this town or village by Jesus' commandment and we seek people who will be disciples after accepting Good News. In time of program every inhabitant is receiving advertisement or personal invitation on sermons.

Normal evangelistic series usually are for about 100 people attending meetings.

Possible expenses:

Renting a hall for meetings - 150-300 USD for a month. The cost depends from size of town, and it's distance from regional centers.

Advertisements - usually we print enough invitations for every home of town and nearest villages, to cover the place in one time. So the cost of two-color advertisements for 10 000 people is 300 USD, for 5 000 inhabitants is 150 USD.

Bible Study sets - for 100 people is about 150 USD. (1,5 USD per personal Bible Study set with 15 lessons about biggest themes of Gospel, diploma, question lists and gift book.)

Books and Bible as a gift - we understand that bringing Bible to every people who wish it in these places is great possibility and seed for future work. We believe that these books will be silent testimony and source for salvation of these people and their homes. Two good books for unbelievers cost about 1 USD, and the cost of Bible is about 2 USD. So for 100 people it will be 300 USD.

Transportation - the cost of every day visiting of place depend, of course, from distance, and is about 100-250 USD.

Additional resources we need for such programs:

Acoustic equipment - for making music and voices louder in halls we rent. Usually rented halls not have acoustic at all, and it is hard to cover such halls by voice, especially in winter time. The cost of good portable acoustic system is around 500 USD.

Musical equipment - electric keyboard. It is the great help in musical praise in time of sermons. The cost of perfect keyboard for mission trips is around 400 USD.
