Since time of their education in Theological seminary, Pastors Vyacheslav and Eugene were concentrated on best methods of reaching people by Gospel truth. The biggest problem - thousands of cities, towns and villages, in which people never heard salvation messge - was always before their eyes.

After ten years of practical pastoral ministry, and using different methods and experiences of Gods work, they discovered new vision of ministry. This vision is in gospel outreach mission on first place of Christian movement.

Pastors decided to have as a goal not to organize new churches or denomenation with own structures, which can stop outreach work, but choose to have as general principle ministry of discipleship.
